So, the Zephyr Medical team are on their way to your place for an eye exam, and you're thinking... "what do I need?!" Here's a quick and handy guide on what you need to bring to your eye appointment:
What to bring:
Glasses/Contacts - If you already wear glasses or contacts, make sure you have them nearby. This will help our team asses your needs and adjust the suitability of your eye aids, if needed. If it's your first appointment with Zephyr, definitely have these items nearby as we won't have any record on hand of your current lenses.
A list of medications you're taking - If you take medication, please bring a list of it along with you to your eye exam. This will help our team understand your medical needs.
Details of previous eye appointments, eye scans, MRI or CT scans and reports
A hat and sunglasses to assist with light sensitivity after your appointment (optional) - If your appointment is on a sunny day, or if you're having any kind of procedure, bring along a hat and sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Other than that, that's all you'll need for your eye appointment! We can't wait to see you soon.
